PROVIDER

Nicole is a bilingual, first-generation Mexican American and college graduate and a survivor of chronic trauma. She earned BA in Sociology and Minor in Christian Behavioral Science from California Baptist University (CBU) and her MSW from CBU thereafter. Her education and her work with Post Release Services she brings a unique lens to supporting immigrant children and familes and offers faith-informed support to client seeking spiritual care. She specializes in children, families, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and case management. Nicole utilizes evidence-based treatments to help clients feel secure in who they are. 

PROVIDER

Ahlam Suradi is a Palestinian Mexican American social worker with a BS in Sociology from UC Riverside and an MSW in Integrated Health from Cal State Long Beach. She provides culturally responsive, inclusive care in a safe and affirming space. Ahlam supports individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other concerns while recognizing the impact of culture and systemic barriers on well-being.

PROVIDER

Karla is a first-generation college student from El Salvador. She earned her BA in Anthropology and Human Development from California State University, Long Beach and her MSW from USC. She previously worked as a YMCA Director where she supported children and families with various needs. Karla’s approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and rooted in empathy, collaboration and respect. She fosters resiliency and personal growth in her patients. She specializes in individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, older adults and the LGBTQIA+ community experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, autism, and relationship issues.

PROVIDER

Diana is a bilingual (English/Spanish), first-generation Mexican American and college graduate. She earned her BA in Child Development and Family Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and her MSW from California State University, Dominguez Hills.Her work with leading organizations—including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s Reproductive Psychology Program, the YMCA, MemorialCare Miller Children’s Hospital, and DaVita Dialysis—shaped her experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex systems and emotional challenges.  She specializaes in individual psychotherapy for all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic, illness, reproductive health issues, post-partum depression, and grief and loss. 

PROVIDER

Adelina is a bilingual (English/ Spanish) therapist. She earned her BA from California State University, Northridge and her MSW from California State University, Long Beach. Her experiences working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and life stress inform her supportive and nonjudgmental approach. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals from low-income and underserved communities by providing compassionate, accessible mental health care. She specializes in individual psychotherapy for adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, loneliness, anger outbursts, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, and complicated grief. She makes sure her clients feel safe, heard, and respected. 

PROVIDER

Athziri Gutierrez Torres is a a first-generation Latina college graduate and bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Child Development and Family Life Education, with a minor in Gerontology, and a Master of Social Work in Family and Child Wellbeing from California State University, Long Beach, where she also obtained her Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC). Her experience spans education, healthcare, and mental health, including perinatal health education, ABA therapy for children with autism, and school-based therapy. She specializes in supporting adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and autism through a strengths-based, client-centered approach.
